Unfortunately there aren’t too many books on Cribs, but Art of the Creche: Nativities from Around the World by James Govan is rather nice published by Merell.

Many churches around the UK have their own exhibitions around Christmas, I see Padstow had one

Naples is a great place to see nativity figures being made and the Metropolitan Museum in New York has a sensational display of Neapolitan crib figures every year.
